An alternative scenario for the development of events during the Second World War offers War Front: Turning Point. The strategy implements the desire to dominate the world. Here, the main parties to the military conflict are the alliance of America and Britain, opposing Germany and the USSR. In the process, countries are creating powerful superweapons. The gamer takes control of 9 immortal characters, where 3 are available from each side, each of whom has separate skills, weapons and has a specific role in the storyline.

War Front: The Turning Point proposes to enter the fight between the factions:

• Allies are technologically advanced, their structures do not need the use of electric generators. The armies are composed of British Matilda tanks, and US Pershing tanks. They perform well in the air using the Lockheed bomber and the armored high-speed Mustang, as well as armored personnel carriers and trucks capable of causing air strikes. The superweapon is the atomic bomb that is aboard the Northrop. Characters: John Lynch is a Colonel with a grenade launcher, Anna Herzog with a Thompson submachine gun, Vincent Sagnier with a Colt.
• Germany – have powerful armored vehicles, use Panther and Tiger – tanks, there is an airship with a bombing function. The special forces consist of grenade launchers with Panzershreks, flamethrowers with jet-powered backpacks and exoskeletons. Superweapon – V-1 cruise missile, upgradeable to ballistic V-2. Heroes: Roland Hellmann – chief lieutenant with a three-barreled grenade launcher, Dietrich Preiss and Elsa Adler, wielding an MP-40 submachine gun.
• USSR – numerous troops with infantrymen capable of using Molotov cocktails, increasing the morale of comrades with vodka. Tanks and air forces are weaker, but the alliance is armed with the Giant Turret, a modified five-tower T-35 Kharkov, which can call in partisans as help. As a superweapon, the TB-3 carries an ice bomb. Characters: Alexey Mikhalkov, wielding a DShK machine gun, Nadya Amanova, with the ability to throw knives, Andrey Nazarov, a general with a Mosin rifle.

In a parallel reality, another Reich Chancellor took the place of Hitler, who was killed at the start. The Nazis successfully carry out Operation Sea Lion, successfully taking over Britain. In the end, the Nazis and America are waging a cold war, during which new technologies are emerging. The USA and Great Britain are driving the German troops out of the latter. The war takes on momentum anew when the USSR attacks Europe. Each alliance creates superforms weapons for a new wave of hostilities.
